 At Sunfinity Innovations Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-designed products that meet our clients' specific requirements. Since most of our products are custom-made following a detailed approval process, returns or refunds are subject to the following terms:

As our products are tailored to client specifications, returns or refunds are not permitted unless the final product:

• Deviates significantly from the approved sample provided prior to production, or
• Does not meet the specifications explicitly mentioned in written feedback or instructions agreed upon by both parties.

Before initiating production, we ensure that:

• A detailed sample or design proof is shared with the client for review.
• Written approval or feedback is received from the client.

Any changes or revisions must be communicated during this stage. Post-approval, production will commence, and no claims will be entertained for discrepancies arising from uncommunicated revisions.

A return or refund may be processed only if:

• There is a verified deviation from the approved sample or agreed-upon specifications.
• Both parties mutually agree that the final product is unsatisfactory based on clear, documented evidence.

In case of dissatisfaction:

• The client must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing clear photographic evidence and a detailed explanation of the issue.
• We will review the claim and arrange for a resolution if deemed valid.

Note: Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Refunds or returns are not applicable in the following cases:

• Variations in color or texture due to material limitations, as long as they fall within acceptable industry standards.
• Minor deviations or imperfections that do not affect the product's functionality or overall aesthetic appeal.
• Client’s change of mind after production approval.

If a claim is validated:

• We will attempt to rectify the issue through a remake or repair.
• A refund will be considered only as a last resort, provided no other resolution is possible.

We reserve the right to:

• Deny any refund or return request that is inconsistent with the terms mentioned above.
• Require the return of the product in its original condition before processing any claim.
